The area gets its name from the thousands of eucalyptus trees that were imported from Australia and planted in the current Eucalyptus Hill Road. You will find marvelous mountain and ocean views here in this peaceful neighborhood. With a unique south-facing coastal mountainside, this geographic position offers a warm and sunny environment pretty much all year round.

The neighborhood is in proximity to both Santa Barbara and Montecito, including Upper & Lower Montecito Villages. Walking through the neighborhood you will find some beautiful estates – Eucalyptus Hill has plenty to offer!
